Medicina’s steampunky mermaid tops are to die for, and the customer service may very well be the best I’ve ever experienced. Renee stayed in contact with me every step of the way throughout the creation of my custom order and managed to make and ship it to me from Canada to Los Angeles in time for me to wear at Envision, even though I only discovered her magical shop ~3 weeks before my departure date. I was going to post pics of myself in it at the festival but as it was too hot in Costa Rica to go out much before dark, the best/clearest pic is the one I took in my home the day it arrived. The quality is so high that in spite of the extensive gorgeous detailing, I am sure I will be able to wear it for many future festivals to come. It even holds up well for swimming in both the pool at our airbnb and the ocean itself! 5+++ stars
